Invitations
Rice Consulting clients have the option of one of three custom invitation design packages to help announce their fundraising event.  The design process includes one fifteen minute consultation with Rice Consulting's Creative Director before the creation of any event invitation package.  Rice Consulting's Creative Director will present the client with printing quotes and proofs of the invitation package for approval prior to printing. 

Option One - Standard Invitation Package:

• Invitation (5 1/8" x 8 1/2" or smaller)
• Reply Card (4 1/4" x 5 1/2")
• Reply Envelope (4 3/8" x 5 3/4")
• Outer Envelope (6" x 9" or smaller - sized to fit contents)

Option Two - Flyer Invitation Package:

• Invitation Flyer with tear-off reply form at bottom (81/2" x 11")
• Reply Envelope (3 7/8" x 8 7/8")
• Outer Envelope (4 1/8" x 9 1/2")

Option Three - Ticket Invitation Package:

• Invitation (5 1/2" x 8 1/2" or smaller)
• Ticket (3 1/2" x 7 1/2" or smaller)
• Option A: One Ticket with one or two contribution levels
• Option B: Two Tickets with same design, but different contrubution levels (for example, a General Reception ticket and a VIP Reception ticket)
• Reply Envelope (4 3/8" x 5 3/4")
• Outer Envelope (6 "x 9" or smaller - sized to fit contents)
