HOTEL RESERVATION INFORMATION

The Convention Planning Team at Rice Consulting will make all reservations at The Sheraton Grand Riverwalk Hotel in Chicago for the Maryland Delegation; the hotels will not accept reservations directly from Delegation members or guests. In order to make arrangements, the team will collect information from each attendee.

 

If you plan to stay with the Maryland Delegation, you must complete the Maryland Delegation 2024 DNC Hotel Reservation Form prior to Monday, August 5th at 5PM. If you don't want to complete the online form, you may print and complete the form HERE.

 

Please note: To proactively address concerns of personal privacy and use of credit card information for hotel deposits, the Party will not make any copies of the completed form and, after a reservation is confirmed, will blot out all but the last four digits of the card account number.

 

Before submitting a completed form, we urge you to carefully read through all Hotel Information below and on the following pages so you are familiar with hotel policies, payments, and procedures. Please be aware that the MDP has one room for each member of our Delegation at the Maryland Delegation Hotel. Delegates who do not occupy their room in the Delegation Hotel are not permitted to transfer or sub-lease their room to anyone else. In the event that you have made arrangements to stay elsewhere, such as the

home of a friend or relative, please contact the Convention Planning Team immediately so we can return the room to the MDP block for re-allocation.

 

Handicapped Accessibility: We have a very limited number of accessible rooms available, but we will do our best to accommodate anyone with accessibility needs.

 

Roommates: Where possible, we recommend delegates “double up” to share expenses as well as take advantage of the Convention registration fee discount ($200, a 50% savings).
